I never go out of my way to leave a review but I had to make an exception. “SVT Jobs” is the most unprofessional, insulting to the industry recruiter. Never have I seen such a rude and unknowledgeable representative. I highly suggest thoroughly ensuring staff actually know what they’re talking about when attempting to make sense of a resume in an unfamiliar field. For those wondering, I was contacted by an agent who asked me if I’m experienced with the most basic things an IT person should know, things I’ve been doing for more than 3 years whereas I wouldn’t be lying to say I’m overqualified for the requirements. I replied that I’m deeply familiar with the objects and attached my resume. The agent rudely replied I’m lacking skills and that I’m wasting time. How operations like these keep going is beyond me.
