They let my disabled daughter and wife wait for an hour and 10mn after confirming every 10mn us they are sending someone... at the end, they were not even answering the phone and called my wife asking her to pay an extra 50 shekels. i cancelled these low life scum and took another company.

They were so late that I could have walked to my destination and back. I was strung along by the call centre. It turns out that the first driver picked someone else up. I was half an hour late to work rather than arriving on time - the whole reason I called them in the first place. My driver was very nice but the call centre was pathetic and it's not their first strike. I will not be using them again after this!
Unbelievable rudeness when trying to order by telephone. He slammed the phone twice in the middle of a conversation. Doesn’t even deserve one star
