I found the staff very helpful. The give out free maps and information about things happening in the city. You can purchase here a Rav Kav bus pass and they will help explain to you how the local and national bus system works.

Just got wrong information on bus driving time and place AND wrong information for alternate train. Transportation to the airport ended up in a chaos and I almost missed my flight, quite disappointing.
