Worst service ever - they spoiled expensive pillow and refused to refund even the cost of their services. Not recommended

Awful service and quality, damage things instead of cleaning them
Dropped off 2 bags. Cost is 63nis for 6 kilos. I felt it was worth it. I requested no fragrance but alas clothes are scented. Everything is clean and folded beautifully except socks. Biggest negative is they threw away my gorgeous Vera Bradley tote that I brought my clothes in. Been trying for 12 hrs to get it back. They said it is invaluable and they threw away.
Good customer service
These positive reviews must be friends of theirs because it does not match the service they provide. We picked up our laundry (2 bags of laundry and 4 dry clean items) and when we picked it up they said that the dry clean items were in the same bag as the laundry in order to make it easier for us Nope, turns out they washed and dried the 4 dry clean items along with everything else and now those 4 items are completely shrunken So we not only had 4 items ruined but we also were charged for the dry cleaning when they were washed
Got my laundry done here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Service was really quick; dropped off at 9AM in the morning got it back 5PM all ironed and clean. Will use again!
