I'll start with the most important information - entrance to the library is free, no need for a membership or even an ID. Everyone can enter here, log into the wifi, seat near a study table and use the books. If you wish to borrow books, book the quiet study rooms or use the library's online resources, then you would need to fill out the online application form and wait for your membership to b approved. It's quite hard find the entrance to the library as the compound includes several cultural and educational institutions. The entrance is on the main road; on Shaul Hamelech boulevard. Tel Aviv residents are allowed to have a free membership here, registration can be completed online. There are plenty of sources here - this library is not dedicated to one specific field. On the positive side, it means that there is lots of information on various fields, on the other hand, the books level is superficial.

Israel's number one public library. You can read and checkout books, music, video content, ebooks and more. The childrens' area is warm and comfortable, with dolls and a little wagon-like theater. Cultural events are also held here. The biggest drawback is the hours, especially that it's predictably closed on Saturday.

Largest and main library of Tel Aviv. The library separated into 'sub' libraries each one is dedicated to different subject such as: study hall, music room, newspapers hall, legal library, children library, etc... People also using the library space for study and work, hanging out with children or reading books. The children library is adorable, very cosy and nicely decorated. There is a quiet expensive and very casual cafe / kiosk There is public WiFi, but it can be slow on some part The library is under renovations for few months, so some of the halls are closed
