I’m talking about the Factory 54 Shop within the Airport Duty Free area: This place is just a tourist ripoff. I was told that when I buy 3 items I will get the third one for 50%. I asked if it is really the case. The salesperson told me “yes, pick any item and you get the third one for 50%.” When I went to pay they told me “no, only the items on Sale are reduced.” I asked again “but you told me any item.” The salesperson disappears and the cashier was about to charge the full price. I rejected the buy. Real bad behaviour of the salesteam. As I travel many times to Israel...first and last time at Factory 54. To the owner: happened 25th January (3 pm)
