After seeing the barista cleaning food leftovers from the sink and then touching the food WITHOUT WASHING HANDS I was truly disgusted from the place. I am standing now and watch him for 20 minutes cleaning and preparing food and still without washing hands.
A very big and pretty place to eat and even study, lots of different spots, Inside and out. The food was yam! The Service was very good!
Great food, good service. There is a Hever 30% discount. About the service - they maid it much better. There is now buttons to order a waiter.

Bad service, the food was ok
Service was horrible waited 45 min until they took our order while other tables were served. After another 30 min our order arrived and it arrived wrong. The manager tried to fix it but the things he promised to fix never showed up and extra stuff we didn't ask for did. We ended up getting a 10% discount and free desert. When we paid they overcharged us by half a shekel, not much but just added to the whole comedy of errors of a meal at this place. If you can go somewhere else don't eat here
