This is the best optical shop I’ve ever been to, period. (And I lived in the US, the UK, Germany and Israel). Gorgeous frames, amazingly friendly and professional staff. Great vibe and coffee too! My partner and I bought 5 glasses here and we love them all. Highly recommended!!!!

Wow. Incredible service, such warmth and care. But equally impressive is the collection of eyewear. The finest, most comprehensive, I've ever seen in Israel when it comes to luxury brands. Speaking of brands, their branding is exceptional and is a pleasure to interact with. Whether browsing the online site or trying on glasses in-store, everything feels so right. Their lab is equipped with the most modern equipment, and the in-house ophthalmologists are salient components of what makes Glassworks simply the best. The cherry on top is that the frames are quite affordable, I haven't seen better prices, even in the US. They don't work with a distributor and the founder is personally acquainted with every maker he works with. I'd recommend stopping by even if. you've never worn glasses before because you'll undoubtedly leave with a greater appreciation for the craft and service.
I came to Glassworks for the glasses and stayed for the exceptional service. First of all, I was offered a truly delicious coffee. I had a problem with an incorrect vision check from the other shop, and Rafael simply suggested doing it here for FREE. Then beautiful Sara solved my issue gently and professionally. The whole team is just awesome: helpful, professional, and positive. The frames are gorgeous and unusual, I believe that everyone can find something interesting here. The price is fair. Honestly, I wouldn't go to any other glasses shop, probably ever :)

The service at Glassworks was great. Ariel and Rafael were super friendly and knowledgeable about all of the frames- they even made me a complimentary cup of coffee :) Noah the optometrist was patient and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated! Overall an amazing experience. Bonus points for the most beautifully designed shop I’ve seen in Israel.

Hands down the best customer experience you can get in any store in Tel Aviv. This statement goes beyond just eyewear shops. The staff is very professional, and very sweet. The Optometrist is extremely knowledgeable. There's also that last little detail, which is the product itself. Phenomenal stuff. Meticulously selected, breathtakingly beautiful, and on a pretty reasonable spectrum of prices. I love these guys, if you couldn't tell :) Don't bother with anyone else.
