Definitely the best hummus in town. The service is super friendly and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I will definitely recommend for all the hummus loveres to try out this place.

This place is one of the oldest hummus restaurants in Tel-Aviv. The hummus is good, well above the average taste you'll find in most other hummus places in the city, with satisfying portion sizes. You're definitely getting your money's worth here, though finding parking nearby, especially during the night is almost impossible, with public transportation being a better method of visiting this place. Ashkara is open till the little hours of the night, so it offers a good place to have a meal if you're a night owl. Be advised, though, that the place is Kosher, and therefore not open on Fridays and Saturdays.
