Don’t buy anything here! Bad service. If something happens with a product you purchased here, no one will assist you. No customer service at all! You may call them and wait hours on the line - no one will come back to you. They are nice with you only before the purchase, and don’t care afterwards. AVOID iSTORE!

Absolutely dreadful! Completely unreliable, the online shop charges your account and does not deliver. Constant excuses. No way to get through to anyone on the phone. You spend hours! The WhatsApp line doesn't exist, nobody ever gets back to you. I'd say it's a scam. In the process of trying to cancel or get information a month and a half after ordering and paying. Stay away from them.
Business will be wonderful if all customers get their goods in their own house of 16 business days like me so glad ,,, Bright future
The reps there hide information in order to make a sale. Beats headphones cannot be fixed by apple, but, they could have mentioned the fact that spare parts can be ordered on amazon for a fraction the cost of a new pair, instead they actually offered to sell me a brand new pair to replace what I came with which just had a broken, replaceable, plastic part.

45 business days delivery, product sent to the wrong destination, checked into the store and it wasn’t there, indifferent customer service reps at the store and on the phone. 2020’s technology delivered in 1980’s service standards. A disgrace to the Apple brand name.
