Truly incredible service. Personable, friendly, professional, and honest. They do everything they can to get you your device back ASAP, even if it means more work for them (like reassembling and giving it to you while they order a part so you can still use it), and they even try to save you money instead of pushing to replace everything just because it’s easier or more profitable for them. This is now my go to place for Apple repair, and I’m glad I found them, because I don’t trust idigital at all.

My Mac was half destroyed when i took it to the shop. Not only they saved my computer, they did it for such a reasonable price while smiling , being responsive and explaining the process. They also fix Iphones so if anyone needs a great service, use them.
Nice service and very efficient. Brought my Mac a little bit before 7pm when they were closing and got it back by the morning perfectly running.
Thanks so much for your support and help amazing service!
Do not waste your money. Similar experience to others who reviewed them. They are nice, but they are charging X2.5 the price of a normal Mac repair shop. Unless you have too much money, I strongly suggest to go somewhere else first, and do your research before you pay them 400 NIS just to check your computer. They asked me 1500 NIS for a hard drive and 900 NIS for a new battery. Somewhere else I found it for 475 and 450 respectively.
shortly after i made aliya i had an issue w my macbook. i found macitnow and had them resolve my problem at a very fair price and with an honest explanation. that was 5 years ago. i'm now friends w the owner, eliran, who i've learned is, indeed, very honest and fair. i've heard this now from many people and met his technicians who are all professional, polite and speak english. i always recommend them.
Super fast. Super helpful. Fixed my laptops missing screws for free.
They charged me 400 shekel just to diagnose the issue with my Macbook...After that, they told me I needed a new hard drive, which would cost me another 1,000 shekel. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I took my computer to someone else. For only 100 shekel, this other person was able to fix the problem. I only wish I would have known about this other person earlier... 400 shekel is a LOT of money to pay to not even guarantee the problem will be fixed
