Matzman and Merutz is one of the bigger bike shops in Tel Aviv. If you know exactly what you want and what a fair price should be, then it might be a good place to buy what you need. The staff that I interacted with there were not particularly friendly. Also a lot of things seem to be a bit over priced. Check what other shops in Israel are selling for before you go. If you ask them you might get a small discount on some of the items. If you want specialized brand products I think that they may be the only store option in Israel.

The guys are a bit overloaded before holidays and missing a few good servicemen. Hope, it's temporary. Still a great place to but solve extras for your bike. The range of assortment is amazing.

My previous review was not positive for them but the last time I was at the store the treatment was a joy. I went for a replacement part for my bike less than 30 minutes for closing, Taliah came from nowhere to help, searched in the inventory for what I needed, and gave me good options to choose. In the end Taliah ordered the part and got me a great deal. The manager was not present, and this might have helped the better treatment. Sasha and Olga were very helpful as they always are, and even Alex was helping and not pushing people to \come later\. It will be nice to go back there.
