Item: 200x220cm Microfiber Blanket I've wanted to wash my winter blanket. After calling this place and explaining what I have, I was told that the service would cost 50NIS. Upon arrival I was told that the price now is 75NIS, 50% of the cost of a new blanket! The blanket itself has no special laundry instructions: 40deg, no bleach. After asking the reception desk lady to call the owner, the owner was very impatient (even towards his employee) and had little interest helping the situation. I've canceled the order and found another place that did this for 50NIS.

After a waitress broke a plate full of curry, oil and curcumin on my jacket, I was looking for a laundry service. They answered and immediately took care of my feder jacket that, miraculously was cleaned!
מסרתי וילונות מטונפים לניקוי, חזרו מצוחצחים, ריחניים ואף הגדילו ותפרו חלק הוילון שהיה קרוע מלא זמן... ובמחיר הוגן! תודה רבה! אתם מקסימים!
אילן מקוויק קלין ענה לפנייתי בתוך יום. הגיע לביתי עוד באותו יום, הסיר את כל הוילונות שנזקקו לכביסה, והחזירם בתוך שני ימי עסקים (מיד לאחר סוף השבוע) כשהם מבהיקים מנקיון, מגוהצים. וכמובן - תלה בחזרה. השירות היה מקצועי ומהימן, ובהחלט כדאי להשתמש בשירותיהם
הגעתי למכבסה עם וילון עם עובש.... נאמר לי שינסו להוריד אותו בנקוי יבש אבל התוצאות הרצויות לא מובטחות. אחרי יומיים קיבלתי וילון נקי ומצוחצח!!!
כל מה שרוצים למצוא בעסק שכונתי. מקצוענות מן המעלה הראשונה, מסירות ואדיבות יוצאי דופן. ועוד לא אמרתי מילה על השירות האדיב. בכל שעה שאגיע, אם בתחילת היום ואם בסופו, תמיד יקבלו את פני בחיוך. אין במה שאמרתי גרם הגזמה. להיפך
השירות הכי מקצועי, אין כתם שלא מצליחים להוריד
