I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance after filling out an online form in a landing page. The response from Brickstone was very fast and I was impressed. They also sent me an SMS that was very professional about the location of their company. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. When I arrived coming from an hour away which Brickstone knew, there were other people meeting with the sales agent / office manager. When she finally came to the door to acknowledge my presence she informed me that she’ll be a few minutes. After 15 minutes of standing outside in the hallway with no chair, no offer of a drink (even though there was a nice comfy couch and drink machines clearly visible through their glass office, I decided to wait another 5 minutes max. I gave it another 10, for a total of 25 minutes standing in the hallway with no offer to sit (there’s no chairs in the hallway), drink or anything else. 1. This is the first time I left my house in 3 days since getting a virus. 2. I scheduled the appointment 5 days before since I live an hour away. 3. I stood in the hallway with no seat, drink, or communication for 25 minutes. 4. This is like painting a target on my back to be followed or mugged. Very upset about my experience and time wasted!
