Worst credit card company, wouldnt recommend it. They charge you over basically any action you do managing your account and stupid commissions that other companies wont charge, im canceling my card soon, gonna switch main to visa

Impossible to get anything done with this company (actually with any bank/card company in Israel) So not up to par with any other country including France, Poland, Canada, USA. To get anything done it literally takes hours and days and in some cases weeks and months. They are very nice and polite but that's there way of pushing you to wait longer saying that they will call you back basically not dealing with you. no communication with the banks they work with. DISGRACE OF A COMPANY! People please file your complaints so that hopefully someone see's the reasons for such low ratings!
Their customer service is amazing - everyone is very helpful and accommodating when you don't speak Hebrew (instead of making me wait on hold they called me back when they found someone in the relevant department that spoke English)
Sick of dealing with robots - including the automaton human variety. When we all get born with microchips and no emotions, it may even work. But being treated like disposal garbage is otherwise unacceptable.
I wish I could give a -1 start for your application. The user experience is horrible, changing the password without being locked for 30 minutes is impossible task!
