Crowded and overpriced. Service was fine, outcome was ok..
Receptionist was extremely rude. I booked an appointment online but was aggressively turned away when I arrived, saying I booked at another location. At this time, they did not offer to re-book me at a different time or accommodate in any way. I was completely embarrassed in front of the other customers. I will never go here again.
The online system lets you look at 9:00 but the place doesn’t open until 9:30. A great start. The staff is quite rude, especially the receptionist. The waxing is inaccurate.
**I would like to mention that the place contacted me after they read my case and offered me to come and fix my nails** This time I left very satisfied ! Thank you. Left unhappy. The women who put gel polish on my fingernails didn't know her job, she was unprofessional and looked like she's rushing everything.. there for I had some Skin cuts and the manicure was really bad, painting as well. When she finished I said that honestly I'm not that happy with the results and someone else tried to fix but without much success. Very disappointed, the girls are sweet though- but the price is expensive regarding the unprofessional service you get! If you pay 169 shekls you better get a professional manicure that's all! I would be more than happy to pay this amount if the manicure was done properly.
Just had a pedicure with my husband. I'm not impressed The woman who recommended this place said it was a real 'American' pedicure. It's not They have the fancy massage chairs but that would be it... They girl spent literally 20 minutes just applying the polish. And put lotion on afterwards which meant she had to carefully place it around my toes as not to disturb the freshly polished nails! On top of it all just like every other place in israel they charged my husband as much as me and spent less than half the time on him.... They should spend more time even without polishing! It's outrageous BUT the most outrageous thing of all is that i paid for him to have an additional 30 min leg massage. He said she barely massaged at all and she walked away after about 10 minutes. We had to call her back and when we asked she said oh i didn't really time it... I said well i did and that was 15 minutes max. I won't be recommending this place to anyone honestly. Update: a manager called us and offered us compensation for the disappointment. It was a nice gesture that they are trying to see their clients happy.
Manicurist who I was told “is one of the best” took 80 minutes to JUST file and cut cuticles. She cut ALL of my cuticles off that I started bleeding! A manicure should take maximum 40 minutes including colour - this was unacceptable. I told the other staff and they still charged me 89 shekels. Not acceptable!
Horrible experience. Should have listened when I saw those reviews. First off the lady Was nice. But she didn’t know how to remove the Nexgen nail polish and was filing with a hand file. I told her it would be easier to use the drill and then She was burning me with the drill. I told her it needed to soak for ten minutes or so. She didn’t ...After unsuccessfully Removing two nails and trying to file it down rather than soaking it on the side like I usually do. then she tells me it’s 80 shekels to remove the Nexgen. 23 for nail polish removal. No way. It’s 20 shekels to remove gel polish and 80 for Nexgen .... Rip off. I ended up removing the other 8 nails myself the best I could and getting out of there. Run. Don’t waste your money. And on top of that the equipment is not clean. No autoclave or coming out of packages. Infection risk is high. She took the tools out of a cloth bag. Should have done it myself. I told them to charge me what they think is fair for removing two nails polish and she charged me the 80 shekels... poor nails. they must really need it!!!
