This place is one of those prime examples of Israeli service. Three people waiting in line, all represantatives are somehow busy doing something else, none of them are aware of the waiting customers, and the \take a number\ system is pretty much ignored. Good thing I was there in the middle of the day - if you come at busier times (evenings, Friday morning) expect a long wait.
