DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered two gifts for a friend in Israel - one was delivered but the other wasn't and the company took my money for both. I phoned twice and was assured both times it would be rectified, but nothing. Emails to the company are NEVER answered and now the phone is not answered either. Don't waste your money. NB Edit: was eventually refunded re 2nd gift after many weeks
