In the current work world workers and executives sit for hours upon hours, in front of a computer, in meetings, or while driving. They are hardly ever in motion & get no physical exercise over many long hours. As a result, many workers suffer from health problems that are expressed as backaches, neck & shoulder pain, heart disease & stress. The direct result of this phenomenon is the absence of those workers from the workplace, projects that don't progress at the desired rate & even a pressured atmosphere among the workers which hinders advancement. As one who lives and breathes ergonomics 24 hours a day, for over 18 years now, I love to spread the life-changing knowledge I've acquired, in talks, in order to help workers live healthier lives both at work and elsewhere, and to help organizations grow and develop accordingly. It's important to note that ergonomic training and consultation doesn't necessarily require the replacement of furniture and equipment. The consultation includes learning the proper use of existing equipment and behavioral changes at work. The talks I give are tailored to the nature of the work & the needs of the organization and are intended for organization managers who are interested in redirecting the office or industrial work environment and in optimizing the workers'​ productivity, both office workers & field workers who engage in physical labor.
