Quick diagnosis, expert repair. Comfy and clean waiting room with TV, complimentary hot drinks and computer. Then they washed my car. English is very limited but this is the case in most establishments in the region. Best to get into a dictionary to look up terms in explaining the service required or symptoms present.

Bought a car there, service was good, both before and after the purchase. Decent, clean, polite, delivered on time.
Very expensive. Long wait. Spent thousands of shequel can't even get a ride.
