Our purpose is to help talented women to find their first job in the hi-tech industry. Our target beneficiaries are outstanding graduates of vocational trainings who are looking for their first positions. We offer internship programs at leading companies, personal mentoring and additional training all in an empowering atmosphere. We believe in the power of our community to lift its individuals. Up & Beyond is a part of the Kavaret social entrepreneurship program, powered by the JDC-Israel and the National Insurance Institute.
