What an amazing experience! Started talking to Ran almost a year ago, when I needed to figure out what type of pool cover would be most suitable for our needs. I asked TONS of questions and Ran answered with so much patience and always with a smile. The end result is as amazing - the cover is beautiful and strong (I already walked on it!) and perfectly fits the pool area. Thank you for this great service :)

חברים החברה של וולף כיסויים לבריכה מומלצת מאוד ממני אליכם , אין לכם מושג עד כמה זה חשוב להתקשר מול החברה הנכונה , ובטח ובטח שמדובר על מוצר עם עלות משמעותית , אצלי רגע האמת הגיע כעבור שנתיים מיום ההתקנה והנה קרתה תקלה אבל יודעים מה זה לא נורא כאשר אתם מתקשרים עם בעלי מקצוע הנכונים גם ברגע האמת תשארו עם חיוך וכן בהחלט כיף לפרגן ולהוקיר .

לאחר הזמנת מס \בעלי מקצוע\ לטיפול בכיסוי הבריכה ואין ספור תקלות החלטנו להזמין את חברת וולף שדרשו 20% יותר מאחרים. כבר לאחר שלושה ימים הגיע בחור בשם ידין ובחור נוסף שאיני זוכר את שמו .פרקו את הכיסוי והרכיבו אותו מחדש החליפו כל חלק שלא היה תקין בצורה מקצועית ובלי לחץ לרוץ ללקוח הבא. כמובן שהראו לי מדוע התקלות לא הפסיקו . בסיום העבודה בקשו את הסכום שנסגר מראש . אני אישית יזמין אותם לכל תקלה בלי לחשוב פעמיים. וזאת מהניסיון הקודם עם כל החפרים שהיו אצלי בבית. תודה לחברת וולף ולידין האלוף.
