Not all workers very friendly and pay attention to needs of customers as are all customer service representatives and Alex from the garage. In spite this acondact of reception girl Iris is terrible and casts a shadow on Hyundai's reputation. She dares to ignore the directives of health authorities how to use personal protective equipment to prevent infection with COVID-19 virus. When asked to wear a mask properly, she responds rudely, raises her voice to clients and claims that she should not wear a mask. Her actions endanger the health of the clients of the service center and are the basis for lawsuits from those who have been infected visiting the service center. She also refused to provide the usually free car delivery from the client's home for servicing.
