A product that i have ordered from Amazon went through this company, they wrote some random address(Not even close tot he address that was originally from Amazon), and ship to the other side of the country. Then, my product was delayed another week, and there is no one to speak with about this issue. I wish that no one will work with Gaash, so no one will get their packages lost.

Probably the worst shipping company in israel,maybe even the world. They wont answer phones or mails. Lie about shipment status. No idea why companies work with them

They lie and write in the tracking "Costumer refused delivery" even though they didn't contacted me.

Terrible Service. In fact none at all. NO one answers emails no one answers phones. no one contacted me. I do not understand why this is used as a shipping service from Amazon. Very disappointed, in fact disgusted. They do not deserve not even 1 star but it is the only way I can post my experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to receive your purchases!

Ordered something from Amazon that was delivered through I-parcel and then handed off to Gaash, they didn't answer the phones or emails and eventually lied that my package was delivered although it was not. Amazon then wanted me to send back the item that was never delivered because I was already refunded by Amazon.

כדאי להתרחק מהם כמו מאש. חבילה שהוזמנה מאמזון נשלחה דרכם, לפי מערכת המעקב של אמזון ואפליקצית 17Track החבילה שוחררה מהמכס ב22.03 אבל געש טוענים שהחבילה עדיין לא הגיעה לארץ, כרגע יש איחור של מעל לשבוע. הנציג טוען שאני משקר ולא דיברתי איתם ומבחינתו החבילה שלי עדיין בארצות הברית ואפילו לא טרח לבדוק מה מספר החבילה שלי. אומר שרואים את זה לפי המספר פלאפון שלי, שלא נתנתי לו. אמזון אמרו שהם מנסים לא לשלוח חבילות דרכם אלא דרך UPS או חברות שילוח אחרות וזיכו אותי על עוגמת הנפש. ממליץ לכם, לדבר עם אמזון במקרה ואתם רואים שהחבילה נשלחת דרכם כי באמת שהם החברה הכי גרועה שנתקלתי בה ואני מזמין המון דרך אמזון.
