Aloni is a professional chain store which provides a wide collection of high quality flooring tiles, coating and bathroom materials etc. Pros: 1. The store employees are very professional, knowledgeable and caring people in their profession. They will make sure to help you in any of your concerns. 2. They provide parking accessibility out of their store, and in advance you can also park freely around the street of their location. Cons: 1. Aloni is quite EXPENSIVE in my opinion, they lacking the moderation in a wide range of their products price tags. Which quite disappointing. The expenses are high enough as it is, and they don't include the setup. 2. They are really hard to reach on their customer support phone number, and aren't answering in many occasions. Overall a great place to visit to see a great varieties of things that they can provide for your new home/business place-design in matters of taste and comfort. Therefore, i HIGHLY recommend you to go there and enjoy the visit.

שירות מעולה! הזמנו מהם הכל לחדרי רחצה, ריצוף, חיפוי קירות, כלים סניטרים. קיבלנו הכל בזמן ושהיה בעיה עם קרמיקה שנשברה החליפו ישר בלי בעיות. צוות קשוב ומדהים. מומלץ
השירות מזעזע! פשוט ביזיון של חברה. הזמנו כיור שהגיע אחרי שבועיים, הברז מגיע בנפרד, אתה צריך להגיע במיוחד לסניף לאסוף אותו בעצמך (גם אחרי ששילמנו על משלוח!!!!) קרמיקה שאתה מזמין אתה צריך לאסוף לבד מפתח תקווה כי מסתבר שהם לא עושים משלוחים לקרמיקה. אין זמינות טלפונית ושירות מזוויע!!!! תנסו להשיג אותם בטלפון... לא חוזרים אליך ולא עונים לך. באו להתקין כיור, לא מוכנים להתקין את הברז. פשוט חאפרים. אבל מעולים בלגבות את התשלום בזמן. להתרחק להתרחק להתרחק! לא שווה את הכאב ראש והכסף !
היום ביקרתי באולם התצוגה בראשון. אולם גדול אבל השירות על הפנים. אין אם מי לדבר כולם עסוקים בטלפונים שלהם. חוויה לא נעימה וחבל על הזמן
