They lost a customer today. Got to the store: one person busy photographing the displays, one wrapping a chair, three at the computer corner. Took quite a while until the wrapper asked what we want. I explained very friendly, but all I got were a few material samples and NO help or further service. This is how you guys want to make a business? At Ikea the personal is more friendly! I was willing to part with quite an amount of money and buy a few pieces - forget about it!
I went to the outlet.it was almost empty. Better call B4 going there to check if they received new arrivals
***DONT BUY FROM HERE!*** we bought a sofa and a chair. The furniture is nice enough but the store is a disaster! We bought a floor model sofa and they wouldn't let us have it for days because they \didn't have something else to out in the window and the store will look empty\ an employee actually said that I to us. Were still waiting on a chair we ordered weeks and weeks ago that is well past when it is supposed to be ready. They do not return phone calls and if they answer they all pretend to be unable to access the computer system to check on your order or help you. Once they have your money they are complete jerks. The furniture is nice but it's not THAT nice. You can get this level of quality a million other places and avoid the headache and hassle of dealing with these people.

שמחה להודות לבדולינה באופן גלוי על חוויית שירות נעימה ואדיבה במיוחד! משירות הלקוחות שנתנו לי מענה מהיר וממצה לשאלותי ואף הדריכו אותי אונליין (בליווי תמונות!!) איך למצוא את הכניסה המדוייקת לחנייה של המחסן שלהם :) בגדול, רכשתי שטיח אונליין, הגיע למחרת ההזמנה, לצערי לא התאים וביקשתי לזכות אותי על הרכישה. בלי שום בעיה, בלי שאלות, בלי לומר לי לנסות לקחת פריט אחר.. באדיבות ובנעימות קיבלו אותי שם ותוך 3 דקות זוכיתי והייתי בחוץ. תודה גדולה!
כיף גדול להגיע לעסק שמכבד את עצמו ולא פחות את הלקוחות שלו. קנינו שטיח ואחרי שפרסנו אותו בבית והחלטנו שהוא פחות מתאים לנו. הגעתי למחסן להחליף את השטיח והחליפו לנו ללא שום בעיה. הכל עם חיוך ושירות אדיב ומהיר. בהחלט נקנה כאן בעתיד. תודה רבה
הזמנתי שטיח וקיבלתי שטיח אחר בטעות, פניתי לשירות הלקוחות וקיבלתי מענה מיידי. השטיח שביקשתי היה חסר ושאלו אם אני מעוניינת באחד אחר במקומו. בחרתי ומיד בדקו אם הוא קיים במלאי ושלחו לי ללא שום בעיה. שירות אדיב, מהיר ומהלב, דבר שאינו מובן מאליו בימינו. ממליצה מאוד לקנות דרכם. השטיחים גם באיכות מעולה ויפיפיים
