Ruined my most expensive winter coat, they were too lazy to look at what is holding the inner sleeve (small clip) and just ripped the sleeve. תזהרו מהם, הרסו לי מעיל חורף יקר, משכו בכח את הפנימית וקרעו את המעיל, סתם מעצךנות במקום לבדוק איך זה מחובר. בנוסף על הכל הם מאחרים וזורקים תירוצים הזויים.
