I've had great massages and treatments there, and the staff is lovely and quite flexible. Most speak great English and it's such a relaxing place. Treatments don't always start on time but it's nothing dramatic.

This place is fabulous! Had the most wonderful experience at Tilia with Halit I received the best Swedish massage ever! Felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire session. Clean space, friendly and accommodating staff. A recommended place to come and relax. Will definitely come back again.

Wow. What an experience. It begins with a smile and hot herbal tea at the reception, then the most professional treatment I have ever experienced (and I travel extensively and religiously look for good massages). And then, of course, the more than reasonable price. Thank you for a most amazing experience, will definitely be back soon.

Terrible costumer service!!! No client should be disrespected for wanting to reschedule for being sick!! You're supposed to get out of there feeling relaxed and not frustrated and stressed. Shame on the people who work there!

הגענו בעקבות פרסום באתר גרופון במחיר משתלם. בעת ביצוע ההזמנה דיברתי עם נציגה אשר אמרה שעל עיסוי באותה שעה יש להוסיף 30 שח, לא הבנתי למה אבל הסכמתי. כאשר הגענו למקום נדרש ממני לשלם תוספת של 70 ש\ח בטענה שהתוספת היא 35 ש\ח לאדם ושהנציגה טעתה. בלית ברירה הוספתי את התשלום כי כבר היינו במקום ואופציית הביטול חלפה. היחס של הצוות היה לא נעים והרגשתי שהתייחסו אלינו פחות טוב בגלל שהגענו דרך גרופון ולא שילמנו מחיר מלא. בחדר העיסוי המצעים היו נראים לא הכי נקיים ולא היו מתוחים ומסודרים כראוי על המיטה, אפילו שאלתי את המטפל האם הוחלפו לאחר העיסוי הקודם והוא אמר שכן. ציינתי בפניו שהם נראים מקומטים ולא נקיים וכאילו עוברים שימוש חוזר. בסך הכל חוויה לא טובה הן מבחינת העיסוי שהיה בינוני, השרות הלא נעים ולא מתחשב, רמת הניקיון והנראות הכללית של המקום והמחיר בפרט. מיותר לציין שלא נמליץ
