Was apprehensive after reading other reviews here. However my experience was as good as could be expected. Taxi arrived within about 7 minutes, curteous and careful driver, clean vehicle and price as agreed with the station (slightly less than the return journey with a taxi picked at a taxi rank). All in all, what I would expect from a taxi service anywhere.

Worst taxi service in Israel... First they come 20 minutes late, then rip you off... Absolutely disgusted by the quality of driver and service

הזמנו מונית ב5:20 לפנות בוקר. הגיעו תוך שלוש דקות. חברה אחרת הבריזה. מזל שתפוח קיימים. אם לא הם הייתי מפספסת טיסה
חמותי הזמינה מונית מרעננה לתל אביב בלילה, מוחמד נאשף היה הנהג שהגיע, כשהגיעו לדיור המוגן שבו היא גרה הסתבר שהיא לא מוצאת את המפתחות. מוחמד נשאר איתה עד שוידא שמנהל המקום פותח לה את השער ונותן לה להיכנס. לאחר מכן התקשר אליי מיוזמתו לידע אותי שהכל בסדר שירות אלף אלף, אין מילים פשוט איש מקסים. מיליון תודות
צ'חצ'חים לא להתקרב!! מנסים לגנוב כסף. לא מוכנים להפעיל מונה. אחד מהם המנהל או העובדים קילל אותי בטלפון כמו פושע.
