oh boy... where do I start with this Place... well... to start, I went online to look for Mattress Stores, this was my second one, besides the one in Davidka Square which serviced me better and had more of the things I was looking for... anyway... this place was nice, it did have a larger selection, but it wasn't the cleanest... I found two Mattresses that fit me... then I asked the one Hassidic Guy who worked there if they had a Visco Mattress Topper like the other store had... I was having trouble explaining it and they were clueless until I found a Picture of it on google... they didn't have it. Communication was complicated even though they spoke english and hebrew, they seemed to get a headache and not understand what I was expressing... as I was asking questions, the dude helping me took his talit bag in mid conversation, and headed twoards the bathroom where he was gone for a while... completely unprofessional... I asked the other lady working there for a repeat of the price of the mattress... then I was out, back into the Unpaved, Rock Filled World hidden in a corner of a side street full of religious people. I had to ask the guy working in the mini market where the entrance was because I couldn't believe it... it looked like a house, with a bunch of dirty, trashy mattresses in plastic on the outside... the Automatic Door took a while to open... it was an awkward experience and I probably won't end up going back there based on my one visit.
Great service. Staff (Shmulik) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping to find appropriate mattress. Price was very attractive. Delivered in Yerushaliyim the next day.

הגענו לחנות, אכן קיבלנו שירות נחמד. אך לאחר ההזמנה בה סוכם שהמוצר יגיע \תוך\ 30 יום, בשבוע שבו מסתיים תום מועד האספקה התקשרו לתאם, שאלו באיזה יום אנחנו יכולים לקבל את הסחורה ענינו שאפשרי להגיע בכל יום פרט ליום רביעי, ומשכך דחו את האספקה, מאז העיכוב במועד האספקה קיבלנו יחס מעליב ופוגעני ובפועל הגיע שבועיים לאחר תום מועד ההזמנה טעם רע נשאר לנו מהכל.

מומלץ מאוד מאוד!!! חוויית קניה שמומלצת לכל אחד!! קיבלו אותנו בסבר פנים יפות לאחר המוצרים הגיעו בדיוק בזמן, כפי שסיכמו איתנו. ועוד הזכירו לנו שמגיע לנו מתנה בגלל שקנינו 2 מזרונים. (ואנחנו אפילו לא זכרנו). ועוד עשו לנו הנחה נחמדה. בקיצור אנשים מאוד נחמדים. מעבר למה שציפינו. כבר כשהגענו לחנות ראינו שיש פה מבחר ענק. שאפו מיוחד למוכר ולמוכרת שקיבלו את פנינו באדיבות, תכננו יחד את החדר, איך הוא יראה. בקיצור קיבלנו את חדר חלומותינו בדיוק לפי שתכננו. ולכן מגיע להם המון המון תודה. אין דברים כאלה. תודה!!!
