Terrible customer service. Keep you waiting for ages telling you that waiting time is 5 minutes from the beginning. After 20 minutes approximately it changes to little less and then keep you waiting for ages again. After 45 minutes of waiting someone picked up the phone just to ask for my number and tell me that they will call me back. This is not the first time this happens. And when they did call me back it was not a ring long enough to get to the phone. Mission impossible to deal with these people.
