Unprofessional technicians, and shady corporate ethics. Their mechanics were not careful enough during routine maintenance and stripped the oil plug screw. Instead of apologizing and and fixing their srew up, the management wanted to charge additional fee for their worker clumsiness! After picking up the car, noticed that the engine started to make noises when going uphill. Had to go to another workshop to fix this as they do not take responsibility for their epairs\.
I have been happy with the Toyota Matam service garage every time I've been here. The reception is always efficient, pleasant and the work and follow up always impressive. My best garage experience in many years!
Awesome and a very high quality place. Beside that it's Toyota's agancy for cars, it's quite a place. I must add that it is not only an agency it is also an auto repair shop. In addition to that... The place itself is quite of a high quality place.
