Can we get some training for these people? I'm ok with high prices but you've got to get your people trained!! I ordered a combination platter with some extra nigiri. On the order I specifically wrote extra Wasabi and soy sauce. I got no Wasabi at all and two packs of soy sauce. I got other stuff that's going to the garbage but not what I specifically asked for. I call the place to ask for a delivery of Wasabi and the "girl" who answers tells me that in the future if I want Wasabi I need to ask for it. I said I did... and she yelled at me saying I wasn't listening to her! So I said again that it's written in the order (I'm looking at the receipt on the bag) and she says she doesn't see it. So for a single serving of sushi I paid over 100 ils and didn't get what I asked for and also had the pleasure of being abused. Nagisa, I'm on your side. Train your people!!! Update: I just got a special delivery: five cups of Wasabi and five packs of soya. They could have sent some Japanese pickles or something for the inconvenience, right? And no hand wipes.
