They are super helpfull; always taking the time to explain your options so you can make an informed decision. I've bought charging cables, cases, screen protectors and had my phone repaired there. They've always been very fair with their pricing. Before finding them, I had gone to other phone repair/supply shops and had mixed results, usually having them try and talk me into what was best for them.
