Went there for spare parts for a shower stall. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

We ordered a shower for our bathroom via a company (maestro ceramics) that sold us tiles among other stuff and it was ready after a month. The closest time to have an installer come to install the shower was 2 weeks. Upon arrival and starting to work, he drilled holes in the walls and managed to break 1 of the tiles. He refused to take any responsibility saying it's not his fault but bad tile quality, if it was real porcelain it wouldn't have happened and bad tile installment even though so many holes were drilled in the bathroom with no damage done. Of course the tile store said that it's odd because ceramic is easier to drill than porcelain and we had to pay by ourselves for the tile repair to our tile installer. The tile store manager sent a message to mitrani to contact us for a new installment as soon as possible while the installer that broke the tile said the next time someone can come to install the shower is at least 2 weeks away, depending on christmas as well. We will be done with our renovation in 2-3 days and still have no functioning shower even though we ordered it over 1.5 months in advance, and now we must wait over 2 weeks for a new installer to come for a problem that was caused by the previous installer? Unacceptable, I strongly suggest avoiding the services of this company if this is how they treat customers and operate.

החברה לא מה שהיה פעם. לאבא שלי הותקן מקלחון שנוזל. אני ביקשתי הצעת מחיר, פעמיים המודד פשוט לא הגיעה וגם לא התקשר. לא אכפת להם מהזמנים של הלקוחות שלהם.
