2 weeks ago I brought 2 bags of laundry. When I got them back I discovered half of it was missing, specifically an expensive set of sheets. They admitted their mistake and promised to refund, but then after a week when we nothing happened we demanded the refund. At this point started calling us liars and thieves and refused to refund us. Disgusting management, completely unprofessional.
bring items that you don't really care about because its risky. sometimes missing cloths, or you get other peoples cloths for free. bad folding, and one item was completely torn
