Horrible customer service. When I dropped off my laptop, I was told that the work would be completed by Thursday latest. It was not completed by Thursday. I understand that there are often unexpected delays - but they did not bother to notify me. The only reason I found out is because I called at the end of the day. I was then told Sunday......Sunday came and went and still no update. Monday I called and asked what is going on - they told me it was because the battery had not arrived yet. (They completed the rest of the work). On Monday we just came on got the computer. In terms of the work done on the computer - they did a good job :)

Great repair lab. They sounded professional from the first call and did not try to invent stuff that does not exist. Sadly my computer malfunctioned in a rather rough way, but after they did an initial testing they allowed me to choose if to pay only for the initial test or try to go further with the fix. At that point they said that if the fix didn't work they won't take any more than the initial price, which is great. The staff are really nice and they fixed the computer! Only thing is that you can't pay with a credit card. You can use other payment methods, but just be prepared :)

Repair-Lab is the most professional computer repair company in Tel Aviv. Believe me, I worked with a few, and Repair -Lab has never let me down. They always fix the problem and will even go out of their way to help- when frankly they don’t need to. The owner Avi is a super nice guy, speaks fluent English and honest to boot

Avi is very proffesional and nice guy, it was pleasure to do business with. By a chance I found out that we live in the same city not far from each other so he was kind enough to drop by my house to take my laptop to the lab. Even though the laptop has a mysterious bug that has no cure, they did'nt want to release it until they did everything they possibly could to fix it. highly recommend!
