Good value for the money! Staff are fabulous. We were a large group that took 13 rooms. Everyone was pleased and everything went smoothly. We could not have any services during these Corona days. No breakfast or pool. Good place to stay in lovely Metulla
We had a great time
Overpriced and the website is completely untrue to reality. Great pictures form the roof of the building which is an observation point. We were put in a pokey little room where you could barely swing a cat - and we had booked for 6 days and 5 nights. Fortunately, my lady made a fuss and we got moved to a better room, but we won't be gong back.

Great experience. The hotel was a little outdated but it had everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was amazing!! So much variety! Other good points: the pool area, the staff was great, especially the manager was so kind and welcoming to us! Hotel close to restaurants and supermarket. Would be happy to go back again!
THIS IS THE ""OUTIST-INN""in Israel internet prices were 100 per night when our party arrived we were charged 200 p\ When making the reservation we were NOT informed that the swimming pool was closed!! If any one is thinking of staying there take your own toilet paper as they use a low grade of sandpaper( I JOKE NOT)You should consider taking your own towels as fabric softener is NOT used in the washing process!! The rooms are full of toilet smell removers stuck all over the room?? 70 meter down the road there is another hotel 40% cheaper. An experience to FORGET
