Very nice Hotel ! The room was very clean and spacious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Absolutely recommend this Hotel, we would absolutely stay there again.

We never got the chance to stay here due to COVID ruining our plans, but this hotel has been so difficult to contact and work with. Our flights are cancelled, and we are not physically allowed into the country without a mandatory quarantine for 2 weeks, but they refuse to refund any money we spent. (Reservations were for a large group so about 4,500). We have worked things out for refunds with the airline company, the tour agency (Abraham Tours has been phenomenal!), but the hotel refuses to budge when this situation is completely out of our control! We asked them to work with us on either refunding or accommodating different reservation dates for our group, but nope! I cannot recommend anyone stay here just by how difficult this place is to work with!!!!!
Very well located, you have restaurants bars cafe and supermarkets near by. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you in case of. You can just walk TIL the old city without any issue. Very well decorated and clean. I will recommended for sure!
It's not a hotel, it's an apartment Desperately in need of some updating. Broken and open electrical outlets is not cool!! finding left food from prior tenants is not cool!!! Non-working TVs it's not cool!!! scuffed up walls that are badly in need of painting is not cool!! An elevator that breaks down randomly is not cool!!! Having to travel to a satellite hotel for breakfast is not cool!!! (you pay Jonathan Hotel/apartment for breakfast then you have to walk a block or two to another hotel to eat the breakfast you paid for). I think the property have potential to be a wonderful apartment or hotel.
Tiny apartments with almost no place to move, some doors won't even close because they are blocked by furniture. Not properly cleaned, very dirty. There were hairs in one bad and in my towel, plus the towels smelled bad. The chandeliers in my apartment were haning crooked. You can't self check-in, there is a front desk. But no grantee someone is there. Finely the most perplexing thing, there is an elevator but you need to go up some stairs to get to it!. Can not recomand!
Staff there are friendly. They introduce their place in very detailed way. When they told us the door and window is bullet proofed, we were stunned at first but later felt very secured LOL. Warm and cozy place.
A very nice location in the middle of downtown, pleasant ambiance as staying in a furnished apartment. Cleanliness and saff's support was noticeable to fulfill such a wonderful day in Jerusalem. Thank you so much,
