The hotel is located by the harbor where you can walk to the cruises like the black pearl, glass bottom cruise, etc. Lots of eateries near by. The hotel staff is nice and the hotel is very clean. I booked the superior room at the 6th floor and had a nice view of the water.
apartment hotel can cooking, near the mail, simple breakfast. room is not big but has a big storage room with closest.
I stayed for around 30 days during one of my business trips. I personally loved the place. Room: I stayed in a suite with one bedroom, a kitchenette that contained microwave, minibar and induction plate with a decent set of utensils, a moderately big living area that can accommodate a sofa set and television, a small room with wardrobe, safe and a pressing table. Bathroom was good enough for a regular stay. Service: The staff is friendly and warm in nature. Plus points: Good beach view, close to Arena mall which can cater to most of your needs, walkable distance from public bus stop. Overall experience: Great
This was the worst apartments I have ever visited. It's described as an "ApartHotel" but it has no hotel facilities apart from a cleaning service! The room was small, dirty and dingy and nothing like the photos on Expedia or the Oakeanos web site. A complete misrepresentation and I would avoid at all costs. Friends who were also booked in checked out within 24 hours and we only stayed for an hour. Long enough to find another place to stay nearby which for a 5 star hotel and only cost another 100 per night including breakfast and we got upgraded to a suite. Great value compared to this dissapointment! The photos show a lovely apartment but when we arrived we were shown the room and it was two stars at best and not the 5 star accomodation it was advertised as and we were expecting. The curtains were dirty and hanging off the rail, the hob was broken and the whole place was a complete disaster and overlooked a car park. The place was completely lifeless and totally depressing. They don't have a reception desk, but instead an office near the parking area where they can hide from the guests! It wasn't made clear that the block is a mix of privalty owned apartmnets that might be very nice and about 30 apatments run as an ApartHotel but the service was poor at best! I also leant that another family who were staying at the same time that they had to move out of their room because the mother got electricuted. The location was nice but that was it unfortunately. I booked through Expedia and they have also been shocking and I'm trying to get a refund but going around in circles. Don't book through them either as they do not provide any customer suppoort and they are based in an overseas call centre which doesn't help. All my email replys saty the same thin. Its the hotels fault not ours even though they were happy to take my money. AVOID AVOID
Very nice hotel, large rooms and beautiful view point..
clean, comfy room. swivel tv( not towards the bed) balcony overlooking the sea. espresso machine for 4 cups. big, soft towels.most amazing part is the pool. super clean. very large with a waterfall. giving it 4 * only cause i was told it closes at 5 on friday and closed on sat (covid). turns out: closes at 6, will be open on shabat (i would have stayed another night). ALSO, once i checked out i wasnt allowed to use the pool, should have told me that before check in
Best stay! We stayed for two nights and had such a special mini getaway. Service was amazing, rooms were clean and big, view was incredible, gym and pool also great and well kept. Thank you to ApartHotel for the great end to my vacation!!
