Great apartment, very well equipped. Very close to BG university, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very useful and nice. Loved it

It's really nice and cosy place to stay while being in Beer Sheva.Rooms are perfectly clean and specious with modern and nice interior. Nice and friendly stuff made our stay easier by giving us helping hand.Really tasteful breakfast in local bar which was included let us feel the ambience of the city. We truly recommend this place.

Great place in great location near Ben-Gurion Unviersity, the Gav-Yam High tech park and the Soroka medical center. Great atmosphere with all the students residing around the property. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Beer Sheva. Staff will take the extra mile in order to make guests feel at home and at ease

What a great place !! Very clean and comfortable room with good service to. The only place I will go when I visit in Beer Sheva.

Nice manager, however dirty bathroom, trash bins in apartment will get you dirty when you touch them, horrible paint job, holes in walls filled with very old silicone, dirty sheets (smelled like someone else slept in bed), dirty pillow case (which was smaller than the pillow), they said there were 2 twin beds and a double bed, but one of the twins was actually a cot! So my aging mother had to sleep on a cot. We asked the cleaning lady to come in to clean again and she missed all the dirty spots again (crud around the edges of the shower, grime on the outside of the sink, dirty trash bins, fingerprints of children all over walls, etc.). Very unkept outside as well. Walkways full of dirt, leaves, mud, etc. Double bed not comfortable. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Perhaps was a good place 7-10 years ago.

הבעלים פשוט נהדרים ואנושים ברמה לא רגילה. הייתי בהרבה מקומות בארץ ובחו״ל. גבריאל והצוות פשוט מקסימים, כל בעיה יש פיתרון כל שאלה יש מלא תשובות. אין ספק שזה מקום שאתם רוצים להיות בו . אני שומר שבת ודאגו באופן אישי שיהיה לי פלטה. הייתי צריך לבטל בגלל סיבות מצערות, ההבנה והעזרה מבחינתם פשוט לא הגיונית . אני לא סתם ממליץ על מקום, ואני אומר לך המחיר הנמוך יחד עם השירות והמקום היפה פשוט נדיר נקודה . למי שמחפש את המקסימום במינמום! תודה
