Planning a wedding in a matter of two months and from a distance is no easy task. Natalie accepted the challenge and went above and beyond to ensure this was day the most special and memorable day of our lives. She was always available and accessible. We needed to communicate with her frequently via email or phone in order to meet tight deadlines, and despite the difference in time zone, she was always ready to discuss ideas and decisions. From the event location to the florist and decor to the cake, she coordinated an amazing experience. She had a great selection of vendors which fit both our needs and our budget, and each and every one provided exceptional service. Natalie also assisted with guest accommodations and transportation. This wedding was nearly an impossible task. Natalie didn't blink an eye for a moment and not only coordinated an event, but took our vision and brought it to life. She made our dream wedding a reality. I can't thank her enough!

Natalie literally made my wedding dreams come true! My husband and I worked with Natalie for nearly 18 months leading up to our wedding. She helped keep every task on schedule and she is extremely organized. We were planning a wedding abroad in Israel while living in Chicago, and it would have been impossible to coordinate without Natalie. Because we live abroad we put a lot of trust in Natalie to pick vendors and negotiate on our behalf and I am so extremely glad that she was there for us. She worked seamlessly with all our vendors and we always felt that she had our best interest in mind. When it was time for our wedding every single detail could not have been more perfect. Everything from the menu, decor, flowers, schedule, music, and overall ambiance was perfect. She not only helped plan our wedding day, but also our Friday night dinner, and pre wedding excursion to the Dead Sea. On the day of my wedding Natalie was there from the very early hours in the morning to the time the last guests were leaving. I have never been to a wedding where the wedding planner was more involved or as dedicated as Natalie. I would highly recommend DreamCatcher by Natalie Abraham to anyone planning a wedding or life celebration.

She became our friend, our guide and our muse through the planning process. She made our wedding day so perfect, that in the end I wanted to marry her!!! With all the small details she gave us to stay on budget and her ideas that inspired us to express who we are as a couple to our friends and family, we are eternally grateful. Many people at our wedding said that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to and Natalie was the humble angel behind the scenes that made this feeling possible. We wanted a “homey”, yet elegant vibe and Natalie understood this right away! She made the buffet table perfect, found us an amazing and affordable DJ, Feng Shui’d the space and the ceremony so that the FEELING was perfect for our very special day. If I think about what it would have been like without Natalie, well…I can’t even think about that. It is so worth it to have her on your wedding day, so you can fully experience the LOVE that is pouring onto you from your friends and family without any blocks. Natalie is so sweet and knows what needs to be done to fulfill your dream wedding day and within your budget. I am so grateful for her and we are still friends since the wedding. Review by Rachel Friedman (Mother of Bar Mitzvah Boy Ryan, USA) I didn’t really appreciate the name of Natalie’s business, the “Dreamcatcher,” until after my son’s bar mitzvah was over. I had a lot going on in the months before the bar mitzvah was scheduled to happen in Israel. Suddenly, with only weeks to go, it occurred to me how much there was to do and to think about– (did we need umbrellas for shade? food for our guests’ breakfast? a table for the Torah to be on?). In a panic I reached out to everyone I knew in Israel in search of a party planner. I got hooked up with Natalie, and from our first conversation via Skype I felt a huge relief. I knew that I was in professional hands. But I wasn’t thinking about my “dreams” for the weekend, only about the logistics of taking care of guests who would all be gathering for a shabbat together, many of whom made a special trip to Israel to celebrate with us. But once the weekend was happening, and once it was over, I was really blown away by what Natalie had pulled off. She understood what my dream for the event was even before I had actually articulated it to myself. The experience was really magical and transformative not only for my son, but also for all of our guests too. She took care of everything, down to the smallest detail, and created a memory that will not soon fade.

You worked tirelessly on this for over a year to ensure that on the Big Day everything went to plan. It certainly did – because you Natalie have an incredible eye for detail – accompanied with vision and creativity – which covered every contingency possible. On the day itself you were very well organised, professional and completely unflustered – even when a couple of last minute changes needed to be made to the schedule. Both during and after our contract with you you responded very quickly by both email and international phone calls when we had any questions for you. You also were heavily involved in resolving an issue we had with the Rabbinut, without you we wouldn’t have been able to do so Even after the wedding (and AFTER you’d been paid) your Eagle Eyed attention to detail meant that – we managed to secure back some money which we’d overpaid to the hotel!! We LOVE you Natalie and can’t recommend you highly enough to anyone else who needs a Wedding Planner in Israel!
