Clean rooms, helpful staff, perfect location but, sadly dreadful food, absolutely awful. Hence the two star rating. For the price paid (a little over 750 US a night) and the lack of good alternatives other than dining in the hotel (breakfast & dinner) this was a true let down.

The hotel is not brand new or with new amenities, but we definitely can’t ignore the customer service they provide. One of the best I experienced!! Dudu, the manager was very kind and helpful- making sure we enjoy our stay in everything we needed. Its my third time with this hotel and Im looking forward to come back again!
Great hotel, new rooms are excellent! Only thing is the food served, the buffet is rich yet cpuld improve taste wise.

Wonderful Hotel. Their facility for dead sea bath was awesome. Well equipped pool with medical facilities. The restaurant is great, food was awesome.
Comfortable, well kept, midsize hotel. Great location, own beach. Good kitchen, half board accommodation is enough. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The first time I can say I get full value for my money. The moment we are the parking guy knew how we are and help us were to park. The SPA workers were polite and help full. In the upstairs Spa they have closed salt pool a Jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna and a small gym. Outside they have a open pool 2 small one s for children and a bar. And a beautiful well equipped Beach.we took 50 min massage and the team were professional and good. The only thing was little hard for me the place is out date it's bit old. You can feel it the take good care of they place but not renewing the place another thing I the dinning room that feel like you fall into a time hull in the 90's there was a hard smell of eggs that was strong. So if you in my possession looking for something cheap and in the last minute it's cool and again value for money.
Lately we've spent a weekend in this hotel. The experience was wonderful and therefore I'd like to recommend Lot hotel to anyone considering a visit to the Dead Sea area. Accommodation: The room we've stayed in had a wonderful view to wake up to. I'll let the attached photo speak for itself. Apart from that, the room was highly comfortable, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The only two reasons we found justified enough to leave the room were the swim in the sea, and a trip to the historical Massada. Service: The staff was very hospitable as well. From the security guys that welcomed us on the parking lot, thru reception and room service teams, and the dining room staff, everyone were very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Food: As a foodie, another pleasant surprise was the food. Not only the variety was great, the taste was far from a standard hotel food. Pool: The swimming pool was impeccably clean and joyful to use. Enjoy! :)
