I booked this apartment in January for my trip in July and have been trying to reach the agency for about a week. 2 days before I am supposed to get the apartment I get a text message that my apartment is no longer available and my reservation is cancelled!! Such unprofessional staff, didn’t have the audacity to call me and find me another apartment or even explain the situation. STAY AWAY!!! These people leave you stranded with no apartment in a very high season in Tel Aviv and don’t even help you find a different apartment. Rude unprofessional staff who simply do not care! Don’t use them!!
Welcoming and friendly staff. Very competent, very knowledgeable. They didn't spare their time to give the best advices. I wish they would be all like that.
This agency took a deposit from me for an apartment I am renting and I have been trying to reach them now for 4 weeks but they do not respond to my emails or to my phone calls. We are due to arrive on holiday in 6 weeks and I do not know what is happening as they are just not responding. Extremely disappointed in this situation.
Stellar service and accomodations. I was impressed by the high responsiveness of the staff, both when organizing my trip and during it. Accommodations were as advertised if not better, and we received excellent travelling tips to boot.

Great professional real-estate agency, a pleasure to work with. They are good negotiators, they got the price down. Good deal! not always easy in Tel Aviv market.
