One star service.... the hotel don’t have place for disable car. And the official answer from the door man is to look for parking in the area ( because its full) Every hotel I have been in this situation gave me a alternative option to put the car on the side Until they will have place/valet. This the first time someone told to go look for parking in the area. The front desk service is absolutely unbelievable. We came to the check in and was told by the front desk that we need to pay only in vise to get the price we get. We explain/ and show the hotel that in our reservation it’s doesn’t tell anything about paying with a vise card... and ask them to check it ... off curse no one checked it ... And on the checkout process they asked for a vise again... after 20 minutes of discussion and me showing them again the reservation confirmation that doesn’t say anything about visa . They agree to let us pay in another card/cash. The rooms clean and nice. The view to the see is amazing... The service is very bad.

Great hotel right by the beach. Staff friendly and accomadating. Excellent breakast and great morning staff. MY ONLY complaint is that there was no space in hotel room fridge to store outside water bottles. You have to purchase their water if you need cold water.
Amazing service, good staff, very nice and helped with my requests. The AC caused wetness but they quickly fixed it. Good food, very quiet and nice. Great view and spot. 10 / 10
Came into town for a friend's wedding. Had a wonderful experience with the staff from the very start (very accommodating and helpful) and on through checkout. The location was lovely - we could watch surfers on the beach while enjoying a nice cappuccino and staying out of the wind. The buffet? Worth. The. Price. It's huge and contains everything from an Israeli breakfast to the more American, and basically everything else in between. First time I haven't felt as though I was cheated by a meal at a hotel. Cons? There was a lot of construction ongoing and that made for a very noisy time, but we did have forewarning about that so really can't complain.
Nice hotel with beach access, great AC, free WiFi, amazing breakfast. This is a great area for easy access to the beach boardwalk.
Reloaded Renaissance with Views While this hotel might carry all the luxury elements of a typical RENAISSANCE hotel of the Marriott chain, it is a bit dated and quite old school - everything from service & facilities to the so-called luxury elements. HOwever, the hotel has done their best to refurbish and fit the aging hotel with fresher furnishings. LOCATION: Fantastic location right next to the beachfront and easy access to the promenade. DINE DRINK: Nice Lounge in 16th floor, if you are an Elite member that serves snacks, coffee and Wine/Beer all day long! The Breakfast spread at their restaurant is quite EXTENSIVE and Overwhelming in a positive way! Surely worth waking up for! ROOM: We stayed in 1406, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Nice view of the Ocean front and the Marina below including all the surfers trying to catch a good wave! ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. HOwever most of them are Quite OLD!!! Workout at your own risk! The pool is indoor and heated but not too fancy, albeit good for a quick swim. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs (thought without a generous smile or hospitality!) and made us feel at home and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages
Good hotel and I really enjoyed their breakfast. Got a room with the beach view. The little balcony is nice so I can have some breeze from the Mediterranean Sea. Amenities was just updated so no complaints. Great breakfast! I was not expecting it but the collection but wow! Definitely loved it!!! Got so much choices and their eggs and breads were wel-made! Fantastic!
Staff is awesome, accommodations are great. Stayed at other hotels along the beach, and this is the best. View from room is perfect!
