Excellent web site (better than airbnb's - I mean it: check it out for yourselves), and great service: we had small change in plans and didn't know whom to reach out to for help, but the guys from Tellavista just took care of everything for us. First choice for me next time, for sure!

I was a guest at the Oliver which I booked trough Tellavista. Everything was great - from the booking process, through the communication with the Tellavista team and till the stay itself. I will definitely recommend and use the their service on my next vacation.
BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They cancelled my reservation a day before I arrived because they got a higher offer!!! Your booking is never final with this company if they get a higher offer they will just cancel on you last minute!!
Worst customer service i every seen in My life. Booked an apartment 6 months ago for a big family event, put a deposit locked in everything and even CONFIRMED 3 days prior to checkin. 2 days before check in (a day after confirming) they told me they canceled my reservation and their excuse was “the owner has the right to cancel” Did not notify us or even give us better alternatives they basically just said this is what it is and it’s done. Ok no problem we will see how it ends
HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCHEMERS!!! My family of 15 people reserved several apartments with this platform/group for a family wedding in tel-Aviv. As guests were arriving from all over the world, they CANCELED our reservation 2 days before the wedding. The owners were of ZERO help, and the alternatives they offered were disgusting and a major downgrade from what we were originally promised. After long back-and-forth we were 15 people with babies, elderly people, a crying bride and baggage promenading the streets looking for a place to stay. We are now scattered through 5 different hotels. The owners are very obviously a scam and focus on boosting their own google reviews in whatever way. Stay away, you and your family don’t deserve to experience what we experienced !!!
STAY AWAY. Will leave you in a blink of an eye for a higher paying customer! Booked months in advance for a wedding & they canceled our booking 2 days in advance, WHAT IS THIS? A CIRCUS?. DO YOURSELF A FLAVOR, stay away from this HORRIBLE institution. Say Allavista to Tellavista. Correction! Hellavista**.
