We booked a zimmer about a month ago. However, the owner magically forgot our reservation, despite writing סגור. Given the whole corona situation, we were looking forward to a break the whole month, and quite excited. It is the last week of August and the whole country, as well as Ein Kerem is booked, which is why we had booked a month in advance, and it is my week off. The owner apologized, but that was it, too bad for us, he is fully booked, like everywhere else. Thanks so much Ofer for ruining my one week off when I took due diligence to make a reservation to avoid running around looking for a zimmer which wont exist at the last week of August at the last minute, and ruining my one week off. I also have food intolerances so I was looking for somewhere that would serve vegan food to avoid difficulties. He didnt even have the decency to offer us a Zimmer at a later time during the next vacation or a weekend for the weekly price. He just said- next time you stay here- breakfast is on me. Why would I want to go there???? F- SERVICE!! How would you feel if you were in this situation?

Beautiful place to have a drink or a light meal. The garden is incredibly peaceful and the staff are wonderful! Would definitely go again!
