Very unprofessionally run. We called ahead and were told there are tours every hour on the hour, and that a family of our size doesn't need to book ahead. Upon arrival, at what should have been 20 minutes before a tour, we were abruptly told there was no room in the next group despite there being no sign of any other visitors around. Very strange, and if I were a suspicious person I would suspect we were the victims of some kind of bias.

It doesn't look like much from the outside - because what's inside counts! A wonderful 45 minutes of learning about musical boxes and the evolution of mechanical music, for children and adults alike! A hidden gem for sure!
