Lovely and well located Hotel. Hilton Beach right in front and the view from the city is amazing.
The service at the hotel really stood out. Everyone did a good job and there were a few that did great jobs. Noa at reception was pleasant, engaging, and informative. There were a couple in the executive lounge that were great as well. There was one young lady that wasn't that great (her level of service was more in line with what we found throughout Israel, generally not that great). Check in was smooth and easy. The property is towards the end of the promenade and we didn't find it difficult walking to different parts of the city. The executive lounge (if you're a Diamond member) was incredible and probably one of if not the best. Lots of options with great food, drinks, and service. The bed was comfortable, television selection was great, bathroom had plenty of quality toiletries. Wonderful visit and property.
I'd normally rate this hotel 4 stars in many other locations, but this hotel really does stand out from the rest along the Tel Aviv beachfront. The easy part of launching a hotel is when it's new. The tough part of to maintain and refresh the hotel so that it continues to enthrall. The lobby is grand, contemporary, and spacious. It connects to the ballroom for major events, a small collection of shops. The large outdoor swimming pool is often crowded thanks to it's location and view. Beach access is easy and close by. Parking is plentiful. The restaurants and bars are high quality, with sushi available for ordering even during Shabbat. The panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the beaches cannot be beat. The nearby hotels such as Crowne Plaza and Renaissance hotel simply look drab in comparison. If you plan on visiting Tel Aviv, you can't go wrong by selecting Hilton.
What a place to unwind. Went there for a one-day vacation with my wife. Nice and relaxing. Good and not overpriced parking garage. Lovely executive lounges and the rooms gave been upgraded with recent remodeling. Great for business and pleasure. I gave them 4 stars because it always seems they under construction and that it’s never our if sight. Construction work just needs some managing.
My favorite Hilton location in the world. Amazing views from every room, top notch hospitality, clean and updated rooms. Great for business and family stays. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and I hope to be back soon!
This is my 5 stay at Hilton Tel Aviv. I am a diamond member and use Hilton properties almost all the time. Rooms are great! Location is even better. Breakfast is well done with a great selection. Unfortunately this time I had a lot of problems at check in and check out. This why I knocked them down to 4 stars. This is the first time I had these issues. Long story but I won’t bore you. I hope this is just a one time occurrence. I would still recommend this hotel if you are in Tel Aviv. Great place to watch sunsets!
The spa treatment was outstanding. Great atmosphere, authentic thai oil massage. Highly recommended
