Had a really nice time ay my friend's wedding. Beautifully set, good was really good. Couple strange things such as it's a big complex with all sorts of other (non-wedding) attendees moving all about, but not too many and it was not bad, just wanted to mention I case others care. Also not sure what happened to the drinks, supposedly the guy manning the drink station said no more beer, go upstairs (where there just a bit of Coke left and no glasses), and he "ran out of" water, soda water. I think he had some spirit or something, very strange. So first floor, where Kallah was had the smorg/reception. Jerusalem artichoke soup Fish (frued)and chips/fries with cones, how cute. Dim sum, veggie and ground chicken with soy sauce & teriyaki sauce available as well as Chinese salad Wraps: beef and bean, suppose they'd call it Mexicani here. And stir fry Chicken. Ceviche (really good) and sushi No drinks :( Upstairs, hot somee coke. The the dinner Salatim in table with fresh garilc bread Barkan Wine (..not terrible and ok, better then nothing), water, sparkling water, coke. coke zero and orange drink (wouldn't call it Orange juice) The buffet after first dance (well close to end ;) ) Soft succulent meat- I wanna say min roast Green beans Rice Pargit (oh so good a took a bunch more) Black ravioli with beet filling, someone told it it was mushrooms- it has some sauce in top so couldn't tell till I picked it up Desserts - eh nothing special, not even the fruit was so great. I skipped the industrial sorbet, mo thnx. Overall a good night, B"H

What a wonderful wedding! We attend a most beautiful Simcha at this extraordinary location - the view of the hall overlooking the Old City of Jerusalem was just beautiful! It made the wedding ceremony so much moire meaningful!

We were a group of fifteen staying Friday to Saturday. All the group were in rooms around a central area with comfortable seating and provisions for tea and coffee that was reserved for our use. The rooms are large and comfortable. They may not be so new, but they were clearly built to last and are well maintained. Friday night dinner was very good. Breakfast was a bit minimal, but nobody went hungry.
